We opened our doors for the first time in 2012 with the sole aim of creating the best, most innovative and imaginatively designed play experience in the region. We realise families have a choice in where they spend their leisure time, and we work hard to offer something different, exciting and most of all, entertaining that is different from other play centres.
At the heart of The Play Factory is our multi-level play frame – 3 levels high and as tall as a house, crammed full of activities and events that keep the kids amused for hours, and tire them out too! We spend a great deal of time designing each of our frames to ensure that they are the most original and engaging places to play in – you certainly won’t find another like it!
The Play Factory also features a Cafeteria where parents and children alike can enjoy food and drink, freshly prepared on the premises by our qualified catering team. Again, we try and offer options that you wouldn’t perhaps find elsewhere – home cooked main meals, puddings and daily specials, along with light snacks and freshly ground coffee.
The Play Factory is a popular destinations for children’s parties, and we offer a range of options to suit every budget – all include invitations, play time and a delicious buffet of party food, as well as 30 minutes in our newly refurbished party room! *Parties are currently unavailable due to COVID-19 Restrictions, however please enquire about our Birthday Bubbles if you'd like our help celebrating!
The Play Factory is equipped with everything you’d expect from a quality play centre. We have ample free private car parking at the rear of the centre, plus dozens more shared parking spaces at the front of building.
If you or any of your party have any additional needs - we do offer an exclusive Additional Needs Session on a Sunday Morning, 9am-10.30am for those who find the busier times a little daunting, but you're welcome to visit us at any time! Please feel free to call us prior to visiting and we’ll do all can to help!
Male and Female toilet facilities are both equipped with baby changing units.. so dad can take his turn!
